If you play a Weird War or horror game, one thing you need in copious quantities is zombies. Generally, the more putrid, falling apart, and gruesome the better. What the ?! Miniatures has come out with another set of figures that will assist in your zombie augmentation plans.
Like any set, you will have your favorites. Mine are the pathfinder with Mohawk and hole in his forehead (with requisite large exit wound, and the guy wrapped in a parachute. Havig jumped out of military aircraft in my younger days, this one gives me the willies. They paint up nicely and as I said earlier, fit in well with West Wind products.

| Back in the late 70s or early 80s, Duke Seifried evangelized the use of washes in painting miniatures. Once again he was ahead of his time. Lately, Dr. Phil Hendry has been doing something similar for Warlord Games with his use of Army Painter products and dipping. Now back in Texas there are really only two kinds of dip - one for sheep and one for the lower lip. I liked Phil's results, however, and decided to give it a shot with my US Armored infantry platoon. |
